How can I track, add to or cancel my order?
To track, add to or cancel your order please contact customer service ASAP.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Any product offered on our site is warehoused at AMAZING headquarters. We typically ship in stock items on the day you place your order and your package will arrive in 1-7 days depending on your shipping preferences. In the event of an unforeseen shipping/fulfillment issue, we will contact you immediately via e-mail (Please check your spam folder).

Discrete shipping and billing is important to me. How will my order look when it arrives and what will show up on my credit card statement?
Your order will arrive in a plain brown cardboard box and the shipping label will not reference AMAZING. Your credit card statement will also be discrete.

What methods of payment will you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal payments and money orders (available at any US Post Office). We do not accept personal checks at this time.

Can I ship to an address that is not mine?
Yes of course, just fill out the correct address in the "ship to" field during checkout.

Does AMAZING ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to over 100 countries.

How do I get discounts from AMAZING?
We periodically share discount codes and promotional offers via e-mail, twitter and facebook.

Can I get a mail order catalog?
We do not currently print a product catalog. The good news is that our website was designed to offer as much up to the minute product detail as possible.
