Shipping & Returns

You can always buy with confidence from us, because here at AMAZING we stand behind the products we carry. Still, due to the intimate nature of our products, we need to have specific rules in place to ensure customer safety and peace of mind. Please note that these policies only apply to online purchases. Please see an AMAZING store associate for in store details.

  • We offer full refunds or exchanges for any unopened item that is returned to us within 14 days of delivery. (we must receive the item back within 14 days of it's delivery date to you.)
  • For items that appear to have been opened and/or used in any way, but are exhibiting a manufacturer defect, we are happy to offer a replacement within 14 days of delivery. The replacement will be of the exact same item where possible – in all other cases, a similar product of equal or lesser value may be substituted.

We cannot offer a credit or exchange on any item that appears to have been opened.

As a courtesy to our customers, all returned items are either destroyed or returned to the manufacturer, regardless of the condition we receive them in.

For all returns, please contact customer support and request an Return Form which will enable us to track and process your return. We cannot credit returns without a filled out Return Form. If you send in a return without first contacting us there is a possibility that your parcel could be lost and that you may not be credited for your return.


  • Has it been less than 14 days since my package was delivered?
  • If my product's packaging has been opened, is it exhibiting a manufacturer's defect that can be confirmed?

If you've answered "NO" to either of the above questions, you may not be eligible for a return authorization. If you've answered yes, please contact us at: to request a return form.

Shipping charges are not refundable. But any replacement items will be shipped to you at our cost.

Also, always remember that manufacturers typically offer either 6-month or 1-year warranties on most of the products we carry. Please contact the manufacturer in question if you would like to process your return directly. If you need any proof of purchase documents from us, we'd be glad to help, just contact customer service.
