Amazing Networks uses registration and order forms. Registration and order forms require users to give us contact information, like names and e-mail addresses, as well as identifiers, like IDs and passwords. The user's contact information is used to facilitate order processing for purchases in the future, as well as to contact users about release updates, specials, and promotions. Individual user information is never disclosed to third parties and is shared with advertisers only on an aggregate basis. Promotions require users to go through the registration process. In addition to how registration data is used above, promotions use this data to contact winners of the promotion. We request information from you on our order form, including your contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used to fill your orders and for billing and shipping purposes. If we have trouble processing your order, we may use this contact information to get in touch with you. We share this information, and only that information that we believe is necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card, and the shipping carrier that delivers your order. However, we never actually store your credit card in our database. It is discarded the moment your card is authorized. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart and to gather broad demographic information.

Correcting and Updating Personal Information
If any of your personally identifiable information changes or if you no longer wish to use our service, we will offer you a way to correct, update or remove your personal data that you have provided to us. This can be done by e-mailing us at support@amazing.net.
